User Guidance

CHEEKS

Roll from the chin up through the cheek, working along the contours of the cheekbone. Use upward strokes to “lift” the muscles and skin. Repeat on the other side. 

JAWLINE

Roll along the contours of the jawline in any direction. 

FOREHEAD

Roll in an upward direction all over the forehead, reaching all the way out towards the temples. Spend some extra time massaging tension out between the brows where “elevens” tend to form. 

BROW AREA

Lift skin of brow and use the tip of the roller to massage from the start of the eyebrow to the tail. 

UNDER EYE

Gently roll back and forth under the eyes. This area is delicate, so try not to tug and pull on the skin.

UNDER CHIN

Roll under the chin from one side of the jaw to the other. 

NECK

Rhythmically roll up and down on the sides of the neck. Blood flow will be stimulated and tension melts away. 

DÉCOLLETAGE

Use sweeping strokes from side to side.

BODY

Suggested use on arms, thighs, calves, arches of feet, under glutes and abdomen.
